Charities registered with OSCR whose income is in the range GBP £25,000 to GBP £500,000 may apply. Most applications for responsive grants are from charities based in Scotland, but we will consider charities working UK-wide or where the main focus of the work is overseas development so long as you have sufficient support or activity in Scotland to have achieved registration with OSCR.

Eligibility:
Nonprofit and Civil Society Organizations, including registered nonprofits and charities, non-governmental organizations and community-based organizations. For-profit entities that have a clear public-benefit mission aligned with the goals of the RFP are eligible. Proposed activities must advance equitable, responsible, or safe uses of AI in ways that benefit society. Proposals may be submitted through partnerships and other collaborative arrangements. In such cases, one lead organization must serve as the primary applicant and submit the proposal, with partner organizations included as sub-grantees.
