The Welsh Government’s International Learning Opportunities (ILO) programme gives individuals from the public, business and third sectors in Wales the opportunity to spend up to 8 weeks in sub-Saharan Africa working on projects designed to both enhance their leadership skills and deliver a developmental outcome for their hosts. Placements requested are listed but other opportunities may also be available.
