This event is an opportunity for partnerships to familiarise themselves with the twelve Charter points, review their progress, and hear from others’ progress and challenges.
Lenshina Hines, a board member from BAFTS (The British Association of Fair Trade Shops) will join us to talk about her experiences of working with the Charter and how that learning has informed the approach of BAFTS.
There will be opportunities for small group discussion and reflection.
Hub Cymru Africa will share resources and next steps for a programme of support based on your needs and feedback.
We welcome participation from partnerships between Wales and Africa, and beyond, to gain perspectives, challenge, and to support the Global Solidarity Community in implementing the charter.

In July, SWIDN, Hub Cymru Africa, and Hope and Homes for Children organised a collaborative, open-access online event focused on care for marginalised children.
