Job title: Diaspora and Inclusion Officer

Work base: Cardiff (Agile Working)

Pay scale: £32,076.00 per annum pro rata (Actual £28,654.56 per annum based on 33.50hrs per week)

Report to: Chief Executive (CEO) & Head of Partnership at Hub Cymru Africa (HCA)

Responsible For: Community Engagement in Diaspora & Inclusion

Contracted hours of work: 33.5 hours per week

Holiday entitlement: 28 days plus bank holidays pro rata

Term of contract: Fixed Term contract up to 31st March 2027, subject to funding

Working with both the SSAP and Hub Cymru Africa teams, the role will be responsible for supporting inclusion of diaspora and other marginalised groups within the programme, including people living with a disability, girls and women, LGBTQ+ communities, youth and other minoritised communities.
