Practice Allyship

In the words of Dr. Ibram X. Kendi:

“an ally is someone who gets into good trouble.” 

The lifelong decision made to unlearn and reevaluate social norms, unconscious biases, racial discrimination or even societal expectations. 

A person of privilege who chooses to stand in solidarity with a marginalised group is an ally and your organisation can learn more about the practice of allyship using this toolkit.
