We are carrying out a review of the work we do.

We’d like to hear your feedback on the work to date and how we might continue to improve the way we work together in future.

Please take a look at the questions below and make some notes and we can discuss in our phone / video call. We encourage you to give honest feedback as that will help us to improve our work together.

  1. What do you think have been the changes as a result of the project work we do together? Both in the community, and for your organisation?
  2. What are you most proud of in your work with us?  (for example: the enjoyable aspects and what is working well)*
  3. What’s new or different in the community? (for example: consider the opportunities and threats to people living in the community and to the project. Think political, economic, social, legal & environmental)*
  4. Where is progress hardest and why? (for example: what are the barriers affecting people in the community. Consider external  and internal capacity and resources. What does the community need?)*
  5. What could be done differently in the way we work with you and people in the community?*
  6. What does the organisation / community need to become sustainable? (For example: does your organisation have any funding beyond that from us, your Welsh Partners?)
  7. Can you list the other significant people or organisations you work with on the project and what you do together? (include other NGOs, businesses, government representatives, faith groups, traditional leaders, community organisations etc.)
  8. To support our fundraising efforts, how can we get a better understanding of the experiences of people engaging with your projects.  (For example: how can we consult people to represent their needs to potential and current funders? Please consider who we should consult, and how. For example, focus Groups, interviews, etc).
  9. What could we do to improve the way that we work together in partnership?
