These principles by Race Forward are designed to assess your organisation’s progress in deepening accountability and relationships with your partners and communities. 

This resource offers a structure around which to assess your practices and culture and to engage with your volunteers, partners and board members in conversations around anti-racism.

It is recommended that each person completes the assessment individually before engaging in a group conversation.
