Triangular cooperation projects jointly implemented by partners from Portugal, Latin America and Portuguese-speaking African countries (PALOP). Supports knowledge exchange, capacity building and training in education, health, food security, climate change, digital transformation and economic development with a focus on youth employment and technical-vocational training. Gender equality is a mandatory cross-cutting theme.
