Eligibility:: There is an application cap of 500 eligible applications. Applications are accepted from entrepreneurs/startups, university research groups, non-profits or community leaders, or intrapreneurs at a large company or organisation.

The Prize recognizes and supports innovative climate solutions that reduce the concentration of atmospheric CO2 and other greenhouse gases.
