Eligibility:
To be eligible for funding, applying organisations must (among other criteria):   Be not-for-profit organisations that are legally incorporated; Have an active presence in at least one of the four priority countries; Be legally registered to do business in at least one of the four priority countries; Implement programming directly in at least one of the four priority countries.

USD $15,000-$40,000 to build new complementary access solutions to connect the unconnected. USD $5,000-$20,000 to expand or improve existing complementary access solutions.
