Action Learning Sets (ALS) are a simple and powerful way for practitioners in global solidarity to work collaboratively on challenges facing them in their work.
In 2023, Hub Cymru Africa piloted an ALS with participants from six Wales Africa organisations.
The evaluation of this pilot found that the ALS process was highly valued by participants in offering a confidential, safe environment to share common challenges, gain other perspectives from experienced peers, and build confidence in their own approach.
We are now launching a new Action Learning Set and invite you to join your peers and gain experience of a tool which you can use throughout your professional life.
We are running a one hour information session on Friday 25th October 12:00 – 13:00 GMT to introduce the ALS framework and answer your questions.
This session will be recorded and the link shared if you are unable to attend this session.
