Ethical Market | Fairtrade Fortnight

Join Fair Trade Wales for a market with ethical and Fairtrade stalls, cafe area, food and entertainment as we celebrate 30 years of the Fairtrade mark and come together for Fairtrade Fortnight.

Enjoy Fairtrade hot drinks, delicious food from the Global Eats truck by Oasis and browse the stalls for Fairtrade and ethical goods, sustainable and vintage fashion, book and plant swaps and more.

There will be a drop in embroidery workshop, badge making and a chance to win prizes too.

Cake is mandatory so pick up a slice as we say Happy 30th Birthday to the Fairtrade mark.

Art Market Cardiff – Houseplants for sale

Splo-Down Food Cooperative – A food co-operative based in Splott, Adamsdown and Tremorfa, Cardiff. Information about community and food products to buy.

The Sea Glass Co – Handmade, eco-conscious jewellery, made in Cardiff.

Activities:

Drop-in Hand Embroidery Workshop with Ophelia Dos Santos – From 11am – 1pm.

Learn simple hand embroidery techniques, on discarded scrap fabric. Feel free to bring something to mend or recycled material will be available on the day.

Badge Making Station – colour in our special 30 years of the Fairtrade mark and make a unique badge.
