Women for Women International Conflict Response Fund

Type of project: The overarching purpose is to fund projects that improve household food security and/or enhance the protection of marginalized women impacted by conflict. Some illustrative examples of project outcomes could include, but are not limited to, the following: Improved household food security; Improved agricultural practices and increased food production; Enhanced access to fresh and nutritious food and improved dietary practices; Increased resilience of crops to climate change and reduced vulnerability to food shortages; Increased access to holistic services for survivors of sexual violence; Improved psychosocial well-being and livelihood opportunities for survivors of sexual violence: Increased community awareness of strategies to reduce violence against women.

Location: Burkina Faso & Mali

Eligibility: Women-led/women-focused national non-governmental organizations registered with the government and working with marginalized women in Burkina Faso or Mali.

Grant size: Up to $70,000
