Type of project: HIV prevention, the care of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), and projects that promote democracy and governance in Zambia’s HIV response. (1) HIV prevention small grants assist projects mitigating the spread of HIV.  (2) OVC small grants assist with innovative projects that provide care and support to OVC and their households to improve OVC’s standard of living through financially sustainable, community-led projects.

Location:  Zambia

Eligibility:  Community and faith-based organizations, neighbourhood groups, and institutions of learning may apply.

Grant size:  Category 1: Equivalent to $10,000.00 (in Zambian Kwacha)

Category 2: Equivalent to $25,000.00 (in Zambian Kwacha)
