Type of project: We are a small funder awarding 6 to 8 grants per year. Our objective is to increase the climate resilience of forcibly displaced people and their host communities. We do this by funding initiatives that strengthen livelihoods, reduce vulnerabilities and contribute to environmental recovery and protection. All proposals must fulfil all three of the following criteria to be eligible for funding:  Deliver tangible improvements in the quality of life of displaced people and their hosts; Have a positive impact on the natural environment (protection or restoration); Foster positive engagement between displaced people and the community that hosts them.

Location: Worldwide. We cannot fund organisations in countries subject to international financial sanctions, including Afghanistan and Somalia.

Eligibility: We do not fund projects that are primarily focused on WASH, irrigation or education. Registered non-profit organisations (NGOs, charities, social enterprises); Organisations with a minimum annual income of £25,000 and a maximum income of £5 million may apply.

Grant size: Up to £75,000. We do not fund core costs alone but are happy to pay an appropriate share of core costs.
