Keep it Fax
Supporting girls' education, foster families and communities in Sierra Leone.
Keep It Fax is a small charitable organisation formed in 2012 to make a difference to a targeted group of Sierra Leonean children, with particular focus on girls. Since our conception we have provided scholarships and made improvements to the schools we work with. We have also provided ad hoc assistance to Sierra Leone in times of crises, such as during the largescale Ebola outbreak. In 2019 we hope to support orphaned children to find foster arrangements.
If you’re wondering why we’re called Keep It ‘FAX’? FAX is an indigenous word which roughly translates as ‘positive’ or ‘real’ in English. The message behind the name is ‘let’s keep things moving positively in the right direction’.

Share Our Story (#SOS)
Deaf and Disabled People from Wales and Africa promote their inclusion by sharing lived experiences.
For nearly twenty five years Fisherman's Rest has been working alongside neighboring communities in schools and villages. Today It's a thriving not for profit Lodge and Nature Reserve and NGO, the largest employer in the surrounding area and the wider the local community.
Our vision is to see the districts around Fisherman's Rest thrive, through communities working together to raise living standards, education, and economic opportunity.
FROM Wales takes a diverse approach to projects, a strategy that's so much more than one "fix" delivered one way.
We partner with you and with communities in Malawi towards a common goal. Everyone gives what they can - together, "tilitose". Those goals and vision create change, that not only impacts people in Malawi, but you too.

In the heart of Teso, Uganda, a quiet revolution is taking place. A proactive and determined group is committed to transforming their communities through permaculture. How and when did these community leaders get involved in permaculture? The story dates back to when S39 Permaculture Academy, led by renowned permaculture teacher Steve Jones, delivered Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) training to 171 people in Uganda between 2016 and 2019. This training sparked a transformative movement, resulting in the formation of three permaculture hubs led by those newly introduced to permaculture.
One of these hubs is the Eastern Ugandan Permaculture Organisation (EUPO) in the Teso sub-region.

Since its very early days Llanfair and Penrhys has welcomed visitors from all over the world.
The Council of World Mission, a world-wide family of thirty churches has been the main source of the many overseas volunteers who have played such an invaluable part in the development, and everyday life of Llanfair. Through the Council of World Mission Llanfair has also created a close relationship with the Church of Jesus Christ in Madagascar (FJKM), and with Akany Avoko, a home for girls in Antananarivo, for many years there have been one or two volunteers from Madagascar living and serving in the community. Llanfair also welcome volunteers from Time For God (TFG) who come to Penrhys for almost a full year to leave and serve in the community. They have come from many different countries.
Alongside the support of the overseas volunteers has been Llanfair’s commitment to local and international justice and peace. This reflects an unswerving commitment to Christian Aid. Llanfair is committed to Fairtrade in all its policies and has a strong nucleus of committed local volunteers. It is noteworthy that while here, the overseas volunteers are introduced to trade justice issues.
