Disability in Wales and Africa

Disability in Wales and Africa (DWA) is a Disabled Persons Organisation (DPO) and a full member of Disability Wales. The organisation aligns itself with the international disability movement, promoting disability inclusive development by encouraging ongoing dialogues and discussions and global solidarity, between disabled people in Wales, Africa, and beyond. DWA uses social and rights-based models of disability as the lens through which it examines the lived experiences of disabled people.
